1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase without penalty.

  • After the 1-hour window, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled, as it may already be processing or shipped.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund once the product is delivered. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions and any applicable conditions.


3. Subscription Cancellations

If NutraHealthProducts.com offers subscription or auto-ship programs:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

  • Subscription cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the next shipment.

To cancel a subscription, log in to your customer account or contact customer support.


4. Special Promotions or Custom Orders

Certain promotional bundles, discounted items, or custom orders may be non-cancelable once placed.
Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.


5. Failed Deliveries & Refused Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to pick up the package from the carrier
